I had to agree but soon after child birth he started giving reasons to take us to his home which led fighting and he stopped visiting when the baby was 3 months old. He has not even gave a single rupee for her expenses. I have approached him again now he is not interested to reunite. Kindly help me what shall I do in this case.

Dear Madam You have support from all legal corners. You can file any number of cases against him and bring him to terms. You should take drastic steps to teach him a lesson and his family members. Think in the best interest of child.

yes in this case you better only file a case of maintenance for your daughter, ask accommodation for yourself in his house in domestic violence case and if any belongings are there with him like gold etc ask for them also in domestic violence case he will surely come for some sort of settlement or you can get a divorce, maintenance for your child and a seperate accommodation in your husband house or let him provide seperate accommodation.
