Husband denies all responsibilities and mentally harassing

My husband mentally harras me. Denied to take responsibilities of me and my son. Last 2 days me and my son can't entered my room. He locked the room and can't open it for me and my son.
Go to the local police station lodge a complaint in this regard. And file a domestic violence case. And file a case under section 125 of the Cr. P. C for your maintenance and maintenance of your child.

if your husband mentally harasses you then try to solve the matter mentally by talking to your husband.If it does not work then ask in family members to talk to your husband,If it still does not stop then file a divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty.

Please do not bother to complain to the police for the action of your husband. If next time he locked the room, please get a FIR against your husband, this FIR copy can also be used to obtain divorce on the ground of divorce. Your husband is bound to take your responsibility as well as your son, please ask him to play the character of rowdy until Cr.Pc, DV Act, IPC are not repealed!! you can on the either terms complain before the Women Commission. If this problem persist please do not hesitate to divorce him.
