Dear Client,
in this condition firstly a FIR can be filed in nearest police station for the same as soon as possible against her husband and all the family members. secondly a complain under section 498 A should be filed in the court having jurisdiction for the same. she can also take help from Mahila cell and written complain to office of SSP, SDO, Human rights etc.
She should concern a lawyer firstly who give her right advice for the same.

Don't be panic. First go to the concerned police station and lodge an FIR narrating all the facts. If police failed to respond, consult a good lawyer and file a complaint in court with all facts and details.
