15-Nov-2024 (In Family Law)
Hi, I was married 2 years ago and we had a good start in our marriage. Me and my husband left his family home and shifted to his new bought home. He said he was short to cash to pay at the time of possession so asked me to take personal loan and I did as he said. I transferred the amount to his account and paying premium till date. Now he has deliberately created issue and asked my parent to come and kicked me out of the house. He has given me silent treatment before as well and left me alone
