Husband and wife Understanding Problem

Dear Sir, we got married on Feb 28 2021 after 6 month because of some misunderstanding she went her Father house. I invited her 3 times but she refused to come. we are not in connect from last one year but suddenly her family want to send her so what is safety measures i can take for my self please guide me.

Dear Sir, Just file Divorce case against her on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. Thus, she may contest the case otherwise ignore it. Then there are chances of getting divorce ex-parte. Filing of Divorce case at the first instance is itself a defence and safety for you if she ventures to file any false cases against you.

1. this is a family issue, let your wife come, but before allowing her into a matrimonial home, you have to know what the reason is for separation for one year and why your wife's family is sending her to your home 2. also you need to inform the wife''s family about the same situation should not happens once again
