Husband and their relatives oral and mental harrasement

Hii sir/mam,nWe got married 9 months ago..we dint get intimate with each other plus his family and relatives are harrasing me orally and mentally..i have douby that he is not fertile or he has extramatital affair,now when things are not going right he is asking for divorce ..what should i do?

I suggest you not to give divorce as if he was asking. claim alimony from him and in the presence of an advocate of ur choice get AN MOU drafted and receiving alimony only u sign on the papers and other relevant papers.

hi you could file haraseement case against him and his family members for domestic violence and for compensation and if you dont want to give divorce then yoy cluld contest the same and if he is not fertile then you could file petition for annulement of marriage
