Husband and In laws want Divorce. Can I apply for RCR?

28-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married on 2018 and now I have three and half year old baby boy. Since I got married my husband was constantly brain washed by my In laws and for the past four years I am suffered with both mental and physical tourtures like making me away from my parents, friends & society and beaten without any valid reasons. Now they constantly tourture me to get divorce. I have special child and I don't want to give divorce. I cannot able to stay with my husband as the baby is suffering a lot in bad environment. He is not taking care of me and baby. Not providing proper food also.Everyday going through mental tensions.I cannot stay in my father home also. What can I legally do? My husband is having two houses. One in pondicherry another in chennai. He is currently living in pondicherry with his parents. n Is there any legal option available for me and my baby to stay in chennai house with some monthly maintenance? n Thanks in advance

Yes there are many legal options. You can file a case against your husband and in laws for domestic violence. You can also claim for maintenance, right to residence, etc. As you mentioned that you cannot live with your husband there is no meaning of filing the restitution of conjugal rights petition.
