 mere husband ne 1 shadi pahle hi kar rakhi h family ki marji se aur mujse mandir mei ki shadi unka divorse n hua mere 1 beti h .7 saal se hum sath h .mera koi adhikar h ya nai

Kanoon k anusar aapki shadi valid nhi hai isiliye aapka koi kisi bhi tarah haq nhi hai unki property wgrh me lekin aapki beti ka pura haq hai unki property mein. Sath hi me aap apne aur apni beti k liye monthly MAINTENANCE. Toh aap 2 case file kr skte hai ek criminal aur ek civil.
