Q: Whether complaint lies for faulty repair and immediate end of warranty

redmi company changed my phone motherboard in warranty (20-June-2017) and my warranty is over on 21-June-2017 but after change motherboard within 3 days it again faulty (23-June-2017) but reason is other for fault, the reason is whatever but they said your motherboard is faulty which they changed but now my phone is not in warranty (because my warranty is over after 1 days they changed). can i register complaint in consumer court?

Q: Person took money for MLM now not returning it, how to recover?

Dear Sir, One of my office clique ,he was asking me now we are start a bussiness on short amount ,i also doing this bussines so now you also join now ,i belived on him ,then i put amount ₹120000 ,but when i met his senior then i know its not a bussiness its marketing chain(Q Net) , After day i said to him please return my amount then he we cant give you . So please kindly sujest what i do

With which manner u has given ur money to him if u have any document or any proof regarding to this money then u can file a civil recovery suit .

Q: What are the benefits of Lok Adalat

Hi, my case is transfered to Lok adalat but my in laws want me to give the divorce but i dont want that. So Lok adalat will see who is right or wrong and then take the decision or its just a mediation nothing more.???

In lok adalat proceeding judges conducted this function to resolve matter amicable .As your case if both the parties willing to resolve the case without corecien or undue influence as divorce with some conditions if you both the parties don't wanna go with or willing to contest the case it will retransfer in the court .

Q: Non delivery of committed service against over 80% payment in advance

I enrolled for a service in Dec 2016 by paying 50% advance. It was committed to me that I will have the fulfilment of desired service by end of Feb 2017. Its now going to be end of May 2017 and in spite of several follow-ups on emails, calls, messages on WhatsApp and SMS, commitment is yet not fulfilled. recently they said placed a demand of another 30% advance payment out of balance 50% which I made on 12th May as they had committed that I will get the closure on 15th May. However, now they are not even responding to my calls or emails or any messages. What should I do?
