Court Marriage will be solemnised before the Magistrate. You'll need to present 2 independent witnesses and the address and identification proofs for both you and your wife as well as the witness. The process takes about 3 weeks as there is a newspaper publication involved.

As per Hindu marriage Act 1954 and special marriage Act 1955 ,Registration of marriage could be done in office of registrar ,for which there certain formalities which has to be fulfilled ,with that if you think about threat then you could approach court regarding this also with the registration !Kindly provide me all details for further advice .

Aap dono ko arya samaaj institution se saadi karni hogee,tab vo aap dono marriage certificate issue hoga,jiske base par high court me protraction writ file hogee,aur tab order ko lekar SSP ko aadesh hoga ki family interference ko roke.....aur apki Saadi me koi dikkat nahi hogee aur apki marriage bhi registered hojaegee.
