How to tranfer property of Missing person to his hair

Dear Sir, My father is missing from last 30 yrs. our family land is on his name. what is procedure to transfer this land to our name / My Uncle's name.

First of all you have to move application to court under provisions of Indian evidence Act. And have to apply for Certificate. As per law person missing for more then 8 years is termed as dead. Once you get courts Certificate you can move for adding your names.
