How to take pre arrest bail in U.P. as there is no pre arrest bail provision in U.P. can i take it from Supreme Court

As per your query, the concept of anticipatory bail does not have any stands in the State of Uttar Pradesh, however in the State of Uttar Pradesh we have arrest stay petition which is of similar relief and your purpose will be resolved with it. You can not get pre-bail in the Supreme Court also. There is no excerpt in Uttar Pradesh. You will have to file a High Court Allahabad Route for Interim bail, you will get an interim bail, which can bail out the outside. Can be canceled
