How to take my car back from in laws

My father gave a car in my marriage to my husband but we are now living separately as he and her sisters and fathers have done domestic violence with me. But my car is in his custody how to take back my car from his custody. Car is on my brothers name and car is on installment and my brother paying that installment

Under the law (protection of women from domestic violence act) you may file for return of your things called stri dhan along with maintenance, protection, right live in matrimonial home or any other home and many other things.

Greetings, Since they have committed atrocities upon you, there is a legal remedy of filing a Petition for Domestic Violence wherein apart from other reliefs like interim maintenance, compensation etc you can seek return of Streedhan. All the gifts given to you in marriage Would be construed to be your Streedhan. You may connect

if your brother has gifted car in marriage. and you are living seprate from your husband. you can longed the fir against your husband in nearest police station. second you can put the application in court before magistrate
