Agar aap ki dost dabav bna rhi hai or usane consent se sex kiya hai to vo aap par dabav nhi bna sakti but aapke pass evidence hona chaiye or vo pregnant hai to vo aap ko pressurise kar sakti hai agar vo pregnant hui thi or aab nhi hai to vo presurise nhi kar sakti

Sir, 498a has been registered on me. Now I'm receiving summon from court. Do I need a regular bail or it depends on court. I am in army. Or do I need bail for apply discharge in the same case

if your wife has filed the 498 case against you first you have to reply that case than you can take anticipatory bail . after that you can take regular bail. if you can mot take the bail it will be very critical for you



Q: Colleague harassing me to return money

Took money from colleague to start a side venture, he gave me money, without any form of agreement (solely on his own confidence). He transferred me money using online banking (UPI). Now due to some of his personal reason he is asking me to refund the money quickly. I want to give him money but I will be able to return only in installments. Now he is pressurising me to return money urgently and blackmailing me saying that he would file FIR against me and giving me political pressure as well, saying he has sources with politicians. We have no agreement with each other, can he file FIR against me? What can I do for my own protection. I have intention to return back his money, but I need some time.
