Dear Client
Kindly lodge FIR against your wife and father in law for such act of cheating . I hope your conditions might have been settled before court and same been considered by it while granting Divorce. If these proceedings are pending you can bring it in light before court and prove before court.
Thank you.

Your query does not have enough details as to what was the matter about , which mediation center are you referring to , what was the complete terms and conditions. Advisable to meet an advocate for a complete detailed discussion with requisite documents.

Hi,
Whether both the parties have signed any documents before the Mediation centre and if then you can enforce by the court of law and if you paid by Cash then whether you have received memo in which your wife has signed and if you have then you can submit that settlement terms and details before the other court where case is pending and court might consider your case
