How to take a case back under POSCO act

9 months back, i filed a case against my father for violation with sister, under the pocso act, I regret that decision by trusting on my sister, 2 months back she ran with a guy & married him, my father is on bail now. we wants to close this matter, my sister is ready for that but, that guy is creating a problem. he belongs to political background and having ego problem with showing over protectiveness for my sister. please help to solve this tragedy. I desperately need guidance.

As you said that your sister is agreed to close the matter then there are two options 1) Father can file a quashing of FIR before High court or if chargesheet is filed then for Discharge before concern court or 2) can continue with the trial before concern court and if your sister gives testimony in his support , court will acquit him of charges.

As per your query You hav filed complain against your father. If you want to withdraw the same you can get consent of both parties and approach to High Court. As your sister is minor that's why less chances to compromise.
