How to stop someone to visit n traumatise my severely sick parents

My married sister lives with my parents as she had issues with her in laws. My sister's husband frequently visits and stays in my parent's place to see their kids. He fights with my father often on trivial matters. My father is very old and severely sick. I'm worried about his health. What can I do to stop mu sister's husband’s visit to my parent's place? Thanks

if your want your sister's husband to stop him from visiting your house and if there are many issues and as you have mentioned in the query so if your sister doesn't want to live with her husband she can file for divorce and also maintenance for her children....

your father and mother both can file a complain for the time being over email and take precautionery measures for the times, do this for 5 times if it still doesnt stop, obtain a court order for the same which is very much possible dont get trapped into cases where the need can be a bit later because to obtain such order it will take atleast few months

do not think that person is in your relation. think as if he is a normal criminal who is trying to commit offense on your father and proceed accordingly. there are ample remedy under law to help you in such situation.
