27-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
I don't want to take divorce. My husband is in railway .he is not taking care of me and my son. He is finically he has 7 lak borrowed .he is browing money every month. I need to a help that I need to enter in salary. So I can control to brow money .
Every woman is having right her husband. You can ask him to give whole salary and tell that you can run the house with proper accountability. Also tell that you will manage and need to go for borrowing . What financial needs he have? What he is doing with this loans. Have a track . If not improving then you can give complaint at his office about this matter.

Hi
First file a maintenance case against your husband in the name of your son and your self.
Then ask the courts to attach his salary.
Once the court attaches his salary then probably you will get your money first and then probably your husband can spend the remainder.

You can file a maintenance case against you husband for grant of maintenance to you and your son. But you cannot control on his salalry. However, the court can give direction for deduction of maintenance from his salary, and credit to your account. The rest of salary he can utilize.
