How to stop harassment by Daughter in Law

My parents are senior citizen and live alone in lucknow. My brother's wife always abuses then puts false acquisitions on them and insults them whenever she visits there place. My brother has tried many times to make her understand that what she does is not correct. However, she behaves as if she has some deep issues and even abuses my brother for supporting his parents, telling him that she hates even him and will kill him and my parents one day. I want to know what legal options do we have to get rid of this lady and situation. Also, my brother has a 2 year old kid with this lady.
Now a days it's very common problem and one should be very smart enough to handle the situation because it happens due to insecurity of both the side, but if your family is in such a situation where in they are having fear of life threatening then they should gether some evidence I.e. her abusive language voice/ video recording and same time make a police complaint also with CC to S. S. P. It will help in case situations get worsen up in future.

Definetly your brother should take step against her ;there is law and many judgments of court of law ,in which court had taken strick action against such womens ,even your parents can complain under Domestic violence Act ,but it will be better if your brother take initiative .

Your old parents have several remedies under the law against your brother's wife. They must file complaint to police stating complete facts and ask for protection also. Get complaint drafted from a competent advocate. Similarly your brother must also file a police complaint about her wife's behaviour. It amounts to cruelty.
