how to do court marriage and can it be done within a day ?

it cannot be done in a day you need to apply for it a date will be given on the given date you need to appear with your going to be spouse after that marriage will be solmenised and during period of you applying and given date notice will be affixed on the notice period objections if any will be examined

The process of getting a court marriage in Hyderabad or any other state: • Give a 30-day notice of your intention to get married to the Marriage Registrar of the district where either of you has resided for at least 30 days. • Submit the required documents, such as age proof, address proof, passport-sized photographs, and a marriage affidavit. • Bring two witnesses with you to the Marriage Registrar's office. • The Marriage Registrar will verify the documents and the parties involved. • Get married in the presence of the Registrar and witnesses. • Receive a marriage certificate as proof of your marriage. The entire process takes at least 30 days due to the notice period.

No it cannot done ina aday minimum it0take seven to ten days and you approach at advocate he will help u out in this regards and he can do court marriage and u get the documents from any advocate ..... approach any advocate and avail court marriage
