How to proceed and frame charges what is legal recourse

I had been in relation with a women from saho in chamba Himachal for 2 plus years. I did every thing for her .. Bought her phones,stood by her in tough times, she promised me marriage,but after 2 years she is denying me marrige she used me emotionally mentally and is driving me for sucide. I want to file a case against her and make realise that life is not a joke and not to play with peoples emotions and feelings like this ..i am ready to go to any extent.. She has caused me and my family especially my parents who are senior citizens great torture and mental harrasment. Both of us are hindus .. Also she is into black magic and their family belives in it. I want to set and example and let the society know that how today women are using men only for their materialistic gains and exploiting them emotionally and mentally for shopping etc ..
