How to prevent husband from filing for divorce

I dont want to take divorce, but my husband does not want to continue this relation. what can be if I dont want to separate from him. We married in Arya samaj mandir before 5 months without our parents permission. we lived in 10 years relationship before marriage But my husband ignores me now and he give me mental torture by blocking my number in every tiny things. he also does not want to disclose our marriage in his family. I want to live in this relationship. pls suggest me what to do.
यदि आपके पति आपको अपने साथ नहीं रहने देते और आप उनके साथ रहना चाहती हैंं, तो आप संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में अपने पति के विरुद्ध हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम की धारा -9 (वैवाहिक संबंधों की पुनर्स्थापना) के अंतर्गत वाद प्रस्तुत कर सकती हैं।
जैसा कि आपने बताया कि अभी आप दोनों के विवाह को मात्र 5 माह हुए हैं, तो परेशान न हों, क्योंकि आपके पति विवाह के एक वर्ष होने तक आपसे तलाक नहीं ले सकते।

Was your marriage registered under marriage registration act there is nothing that can prevent for filing but you both can go for mediation that can possibly solve your remedy it would be better if you can talk to him in mediation center.
