How to legally marry my cousin

12-Jan-2024 (In Family Law)
I'm a male. Me and cousin are in love. She is my father's sister's daughter and we are hindu from north india. We both are adults and have professional jobs. We know it is illegal to marry in prohibited relationship but my question is can we marry legally under following situations: 1. If we become atheist. 2. If we go to south india and marry using south indian customs. 3. If we convert to Christianity and then marry. Please tell us if there is any possible way we can marry legally

Dear Sir, Better to convert to Christanty and then marry. Thereafter, i think they would be no problem for you to continue marriage life. First obtain consent of her family members otherwise you may lodge complaint of kidnap and other offences. Take wise decisions as it is sensitive matter.
