Do not worry, first you marry with that girl. Then register the marriage. After that, the order will be obtained by filing a petition for protection of both of you in concerned High Court. If you do not do this, than police can arrest you.,the girl's family implicated you in a false case.

Hello
You should file a petition in the hc and the court would call her parents along with her and ask her if she was illegally detained by her parents. If the girl says yes...the court will set her free.

Dear Client,

Yes, there might be a chance of being logged with a false FIR stating therein various ground one of them would be kidnapping as well so do not try to elope. As at the end it will be ended with a long trial face.

It is advised to move through a proper legal channel. In this regard if you need any advise, do feel free to contact.

Regards,
Tushar Bahadur,
(Advocate),
High Court Lucknow.
