Dear mam,
this is very difficult to advice you that whether you should leave your family or not. As you are a mature girl you can take any right step for your life.
But as per my experience and knowledge you shouldn't do this. if you have a friend and your family don't like that you talk with him and beat you, you should fight for this ...you can complain or take a help from nearest Mahila thana or mahila help line or any NGO for the same etc. don't get emotional , I thing you shouldn't leave your family, this is not safe for you. you should stay with your family and take a right step.

I failed to understand your query . your query heading is 'How to leave matrimonial home and not involved husbands name' whereas in narration you stated that your family member are beating you as you talked to your husband's friend. Are u want to leave your husband's place? Don't do that as this will create further complications in your life. Don't be in haste and be cool. Try to get understand your family members that there is nothing wrong in talking to husband's friend. I hope problem will be solved.
