How to know, what Will is written by my father, where to get it

My dad has passed away recently, we have to know what he is written in his will, how to know, we are 4 kids for our father in that only 1 boy, my dad said to me that his shop belongs to me and I wrote, but we don't know how to get, my brother is going Sweden with my mom and he never come back but he need rents from that what to do how to do to get that shop in my name and our share

Dear Madam, First you have to get the Will normally it will be deposited with his close friend or Sub-Registrar office. You may visit the office and produce Death Certificate of your father and try to get whether it was deposited in the said office otherwise enquire with close friends of your father.

1. you have to file the case on the property and bring status co 2. you have to take your share by filling case on the property. 3. you can consult your advocate and get the will copy. 4. you have to approach the court and get possession. .
