Hello, You may file domestic violence case and also lodge an FIR against your in-laws. You can file for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. Though, matrimonial cases should be discussed in detail .

First of all you are subjected to physical and mental tortured by your in-laws which is reflected from your statement. My advise is to lodged a Written Complaint before the Local Police Station against your husband and his family members and after that you should file either Domestic Violence Case or Case for Maintenance. Thereafter you will find out the right track what to do in the next.

There are many options open to you but, to my opinion Protection of Women from Domestic Violence has appropriate provisions to protect your interests against your husband and in-laws. Go and lodge a complaint before the Protection Officer of your area.
