How to get relief from the wife when she is not cooperating

I marry in 2011 from the same date my wife is not adjusting in my family, she not interested in family, and always take consult from her mother, I am the only son of my parents if I am not taking care of them then who will? She always insults and fights with all my family member for no reason after two years we have baby girl,then again same issue then I keep her at her Parents home more than6 months but due to seniors members from her family she will be responsible, after few days again she behave as same my parents have BP and Sugar they need proper care but she not understands my situation again she is pregnant of 7 moots but since last 5 months her parent took her home after fighting with me n my family ...I am fed up of this can't concentrate on work n all thaught for suicide and now want relief from her how can I...plz help
Sirji There is no as such remedy for husband. pls make petitions. u have not to do anything still now. wait and watch what is happen. if ur wife file any proceedings then after we have to do anything. still then take care of ur father and mother. and do not think any about suicide or else. only we can file on this stage the application of conjugal rights in the court and nothing else.

We understand that family matters are depressing you, advise you not to take any extreme steps which would affect your life or limbs.
Firstly if you want your wife to return to the matrimonial house, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
Secondly if you need to divorce from her you can approach the court for the same.
Take note that your wife is pregnant now and already having a child. You cannot escape the liability to maintain them.

You can send him legal notice and ask for Divorce.
You have to file divorce petition.
