After the death of your mother, your father as well as all of her children are the leg heirs to her property. Only after getting some more details from your end can you can be well advised legally. If you intend to seek legal advice, if any, feel free to contact me.

Hello , once a gift (deed) is always a gift to person whom it is given as a gift, it cannot be cancelled, you can challenge this in Court but less chance of entertaining this… it is necessary that you should find a way to check whether you can get heirship for this property

If the gift deed is made and registered, then the share certificate must have been transferred to the person to whom it was gifted. It is difficult to cancel a registered gift deed, when the person has himself died. The person to whom it is gifted will raise objection in your claim towards the property, provided there is clear proof that the registered gift deed has been forcefully signed by your father.
