How to file a case on boy if he cheated a boy?

My boyfriend cheated with me, he committed first for marriage.after we are 3 years relationship and now he deny for marriage. He cheated me in all ways, he had more excuses and he is asking whether am having land,own home or any other property .I am an independent woman I don't have any property. I am depanding on my job.. Now he ready to marry another girl selected by parents because they were providing more dowry and all . i want to stop his marriage anyhow.i have proof for our relationships.Dear sir pls. suggest for legal action. Pls. guide me
