03-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
Dear sir/mam, My inlaws didn't accept me till now as my husband and i did love marriage with the presence of my parents and family. We have a son he is 6month old. My inlaws are scolding me by using bad language. I came to my parents for my maternity. My husband was very good. Even he came to see his son after birth. Now since 4months he has blocked his personal number. Not properly communicating with me. Sometimes he is pinging from skype. Whtevr his parents telling he is doing that. I heard they are also planning for his marriage. He is roaming with girls, one of the lady from Karnataka has posted in whatapp his pics. When i asked she is telling i am his wife and so many bad words. Kindly do the needful.

If your husband is not giving you or your child attention, you can very surely take legal action against your husband. Apart your husband is mingling with some other lady which is quite provocative in nature and therefore an act of cruelty which is a ground of obtaining divorce. Please think of this coolly as no relationship can be ensured by force and your husband is a major, he can do whatever he like, the law cannot ask him to stay with you force-ably.

But on the other hand these type of husband and in laws are very well handled by the Women's Commission.
