The heading, party of the petition ground prey etc. Generally divorce petition allow after completion of six months from the date of filling. The matter is sended to conciliation officer for settlement. So you may first did the divorcedeed then file to the family court.

when the decree will arrive it is also valid for the Visa or passport.
