How to defend allegations under section IPC 498A

In laws of my son put complaint against IPC 498 a in mahila police Thana . Suggest how to proceed

U should file a petition u/s 9 of HMA first....and than contact to the In-charge of police station and give your statement to him.one more thing I want to tell u that u can also apply for anticipatory bail in court.

you just convince police who is investigating the matter. drop thier all belonging in police station . and rebute the thing which they are blaming.go .hire a lawer otherwise you will be unable to defend the case.as per case the kawer will advise you accordinly

In your 498a I.p.c. complaint against your son.your get anticipation bail u/s 438 section court. In 498a case police must given you 41a notice given must .You can get 438 bail get easily . Police can also getting bail u in police station.
