My in laws have filled a divorce case...my husband left me at my father's place a year ago and after few months he filled divorce case as my father was unable to fulfill their demands...all court hearings are going on but nothing is happening ..they are not even ready to give anything as allimoney..instead they are blaming me that i have stolen cash and gold from their house..sir.they are not even ready to give my documents also without those my carreer would be spoiled...i have a daughter also of 3 years she with me..but they keep on saying we will take away ur daughter with us..... Please guide me sir what can be done ..to quickly get rid off all these .. Thanks Jyot
You have multiple remedies under the law. You file petition for maintenance. You also file case under domestic violence act. You can also file case for dowry demand and return of all your belongings, money, jewellery etc. You can refuse to divorce alao. Meet some good lawyer of family matters of your city.

If your husband is so rude than you should file dowery case and domestic violence and fregistere 498 A fir against your in laws and husband .dont worry your daughter will be safe with you you are the natural guardian of your daughter and at the stage of mediation you can demand for your documents and in hearing you can tell the judge to provide your papers and he should have to give you alimony .told your advocate

You should file a case for maintainence and permanent alimony. Even you should file a case for the coustdy of your daughter. As far as the age you told the court will grant the coustdy to the mother that is you. You can also file other cases as well for the harassment done by them.
