Do you want to live with him or not? If you want to divorce him, then there are many ways. 1st you have to decide whether you want a divorce or you want to live with him. alternative judicial process may be adopted. please meet your husband's relatives or friends, who knows him well
and request them to help you, by placing the real character of your husband before the police and can seek remedy.

You can go for counselling or if u don't want to live with him, divorce is the only solution. Since it's a personal issue, you need to be more elaborate. For a better advice book an appointment, so that you may have a clear mind with regard to decision-making.

You have multiple options. You may lodge a FIR against your husband for being cruel to you and for torturing you mentally and physically. If he demands dowry from you, you can add the said charge as well in the FIR. Besides instituting an FIR, you may file a case under the Domestic Violence Act.
