Get a certificate to that effect from your Jamath i.e. Pallivasal(Mosque) authories- this is only optional.2.Apply to the concerned to the Revenue Divisional officer/assistant Collector/ Sub collector as the case may be.3.A formal Inquiry will be held by the V,A.O./R.I. and Tahsildar.4.Basing on the report the Revenue Divisional officer/assistant Collector/ Sub collector twill inquire the matter and pass an order on merit. and issue a certifaicate .

Q: What is the procedure to convert from one religion to another

One of my friend's father converted from Hindu to Islam before marriage. Hence, now my friend also belongs to Islam religion. Now, he want to go back and convert to Hindu religion. what is the procedure for the same.?

If the son is a major i.e. more than 18 years of old, then he can meet the authenticated Hindu mutt and file an affidavit before him expressing his confidence on the particular religion and get a certificate of conversion to that religion from the mutt then publish the same in the State Govt. Gazette.

Q: Remedy if father denying to give money given for the family welfare?

my father owe me money since I have taken care of my family after he lost job. now he says u have spend money for the family only and why should I give u back. but he sold the house and bought property and planning to give my brother. Any possibility to get my money back?

Please give the details of the source of the house, i.e. his self- earned or inherited from his parents. If it is inherited there is a chance to get share on the property otherwise the chance is remote.

Q: How to avoid divorce and child custody

Hi, I am right now come to work in UK for a year time. My husband and my kid is in India ( chennai ). My husband and I are not in good terms right now and he is planning for a separation from me. As i have left my kid in India at my parents place will my husband be able to file any court case against me and try to take my kid with him. Will he showcase that I have left my kid and came away to work as one point to separate my kid from me. I merely came onsite only in his willing, this was not something against his wish. After i came here he is behaving weird and I am scared. One more thing, he had already filled a restituton case against me in the year 2015 which was dimmised on April 2016 and we were living together again till May 2017. Kindly advise me on this.

The details of the kid not furnished. However, if the kid is a male child, then upto the age of8, the boy should be under the care of the mother and the father has a visitation right with advanced intimation or permission of the mother. if the kid is a female child, then upto the age of 17, .he girl should be under the care of the mother and the father has a visitation right with advanced intimation or permission of the mother. Then it is open to the child to decide with whom or whose care the child wants to live. In case of divorce among the parents, then they a liberty to file a petiiton in the District Court where the kid used to reside, to get the guardian right of the kid. That is known as Guardian Original Petition

Q: How to proceed with registration of marriage

I am ramya. I am going to marry already married man on Aug 2017.but the boy was got ex party divorce on Feb 2017.I need register marriage.now we register or not? There's is any problem?

If once you get married with an ex-parte order, if the marriage take place, then there is no problem to register the same with marriage registering authority, by producing the following documents original for reference and Xerox copies for their record 1. The birth certificate or documents showing the date of birth to prove that they are major2. Documents to prove their as well as their parents residential address, such as Ration Card , Aadhar card, Passport, or any documents issued by the Government 3.The marriage invitation, 4. A certificate from the marriage hall or the place where the marriage taken place , be stating that their marriage took place in the marriage hall 5, signature of the priest or religious political person who solemnized the marriage. with two witness who attended the marriage .With these documents you can approach the Marriage Registration authority to get registrationof the marriage.
