How to correct Divorce Order Form that has mistakes in the Points.

My cousin has received correct Divorce Decree but there is blunder mistake in the divorce Order form regarding a house which is on Loan, where by mistake or intentionally[not sure], its written that Property will be in the name of Husband but its Loan will be on Wifes name. Whereas in divorce paper, which was mutual, it was written clearly that "Both Property and its Loan will be on Husbands name, wife has nothing to do with the property or its loan." Why would anyone pay Loan of someone elses Property? Still that typist or the Lawyer made this great mistake. We want to get it corrected. So I have below queries:n1 How to correct the incorrect Order form? steps please.2 Which type of Lawyer we should contact, Property or Divorce? n3 In which court this could be corrected? Family court or High court? BDW, this Order form was released by Family court itself, so probably we need to challenge it in High courtn4. What should be experience of lawyer who can resolve this?n-Regards,nMick

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that you have to file a correction application if it's a typographical error and on affidavit pleading are there by mutual consent it will be done through your counsel for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Ans 1. If the order have many clerical mistakes then the amendment is possible. if the order printed according to your First and second motion condition then its not possible. Ans 2.Divorce lawyer And 3. Family Court (concerned Court) Ans 4. Experiance not required Knowledge required.
