How to Bring normalcy in relationship or shall I file divorce

I am married for 13 years. Have a daughter. Had arguments with wife often in the past regarding my father and sister who does not live with us. But for past one year she has been blaming us saying that we are administering injections or medicines for a second child, whereas I do not have any such plans at all. Under circumstances that she is not at all attentive towards our daughter and that she does not perform any activities towards her family, thinking of another child is absolutely impossible. Citing the reasons, she had left home several times, went to her father's place and I had got her back several times. But since Jan 29, she had left for her parents' place and have not answered my calls, messages or even did not show any mercy towards her daughter who is having her exams now. Daughter is with me. What shall I do now? I have not gone to her place thinking that she might wrongly complain of me misbehaving and take legal action or if she denies to come back.
