how to avoid interim maintenance where salary is 90 k

My marriage tenor is 1.3 year and she is living in her parents home as of now. I have around 50k per month personal loans EMIs and also four people also dependent on me, mother father and my divorce sister and his son. please tell me how to avoid interim maintenance
You wife must have file a petition under section 125 crpc or complaint under section under section 12 of the domestic violence act seeking maintenance. Do let us know whether you have received the summons. If yes, have u filed the reply to the petitions alongwith Income Affidavit and reply to interim application. You can reduce the liability by filing proper reply and income affidavit. However avoiding maintenance would be possible only in case your wife is working and earning well. If your wife is working and earning income close to you in that case the maintenance can be denied. However if you have child of the marriage you are entitled for maintenance
