How to avoid hearings of maintenance case notice

My wife filed maintenance case last year. court sent notice to me but I was abroad, hence I didn't receive.Now her advocate sent private notice to me but I didn't receive it, hence I don't want to attend. what are the other possibilities from her side to make me attend court?

Hello Sir,
Evading from court notice will do no good to you in the long run. There are other ways that court will consider you are served notice and if that's done, the court will order for maintenance. And when you don't pay your wife can even seek your arrest which may affect your career. Decide wisely.

Are you returned in India?
What is stages for you're case
You're wife is residing mother home or separate?

Sir,
With grate Respect I am telling to you don’t waste your money ,time ,life. Try to attend the case.
Otherwise they will get ex party orders.
Some time they will get arrest warrant against you.
May be next they will file criminal complaint against you.... depends upon there knowledges. If your not interest to attend the court means u can file a vakkalat That based ur advocate will appear the court. Select or appoint best advocate for ur case don’t think negative sides of your case sir . Try to win the case based on legal points or merits ... I hope you can understand my point.....
