How to avail pension in case of separation without any legal document

We are Christians and My parents married in a Christian ceremony in 1973 and separated in 1985, however no legal document has been made. My father retired 14 years back and applied for pension, which has been on hold as there is no legal document of separation and they need an NOC from my mother. We do not know her place of residence. How can my father avail his rightful pension ?

If you don't know the whereabouts of the person from last 7 years the indian law consider that person dead. I m don't understand why government person need NOC from ur mother to release pension for ur father. Dear client for more clarification u can contact me and I m happy to help u.

you have to declare mean you can get a declaration 1st by concern authority and then show it to them or again you have get mutual divorce
there is some provision if you don't know the address of your mother.
