How much time to order Interim maintenance filed in oct 2018

My sister filed an FIR against her husband under 498A/DV/DP act in the month of July 2018. Now she filed a maintenance case under sec 125 in the first week of October 2018. Her husband is a small businessman and we did not have any document of his income.
(1) How much time will it take to get interim maintenance ordered?
(2) How much money will she get from her husband?
Your sister will get 25% of husbands income and your sister has the right to know her husbands income such can be obtained by way of RTI application. Time taken to obtain maintenance is quite fast, depending on the lawyers capacity to get the order from court

The law states that 125 cr.pc cases must be disposed off within 6 months but the reality is that it will take more than 6 months to get an order for providing maintenance.The amount depends on 2 things 1st on the income of the husband 2nd on the discretion of the court.So it is difficult to comment on the amount of maintenance that would be awarded.
