How long after submission of objection will court pass order?

Mam after written objection by my husband how much time court will take to pass the resident order and maintenance

Generally, the Ld. Court will take your maintenance matter at the earliest after your husband's appearance in the court. As your husband filed the W.O, Court will immediately take up the maintenance cause.

As per the statute in a case under D.V.Act the primary order would have to pass within three days from its initiation. But, in practice it take some more days. It depend upon the work load of the prisiding Magistrate and other requisit formalities.
