How do I apply Regular bail in atrocity case

Someone trapped my father in fake atrocity case... What is the changes of regular bail....my father is in jail from 8 days.. My father is tryely innocent....but it is fake case then how the court will give us chances to proove that case is fake..and can u plz tell me that wht is the exact atrocity.. And how it works..means viteness types...and any other which ordinary people doesnt know abt law?

Hi, Normally you can apply for regular bail on the ground of baseless, frivolous and false allegations in the FIR and also take grounds of your father's age and ailment if any. The charge sheet will be filed within 90 days and thereafter you can apply for bail which most probably get bail.

Dear client, Now the priority is the get your father out on bail. Nothing much can be said at this stage. All things depend upon the facts of the case, the details recorded in fir/chargesheet. The offence under the SC/ST Act will not be attracted merely because the victim belongs to the SC/ST community. When the basic ingredients of the Section...3(1)(x) SC/ST Act, i.e. an offence was committed by a person against a person belonging to the SC/ST community with the sole purpose of humiliating that person in public view. You need to hire a professional who can assist you for bail procedure and to verify your documents and your stand in the matter. Witness will be helpful during bail as well at the time of trial of the case.
