How can I get rid of an extended family member brainwashing my sister?

20-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a male (age 26, unmarried) and I have an elder sister (unmarried, age 27) who has some sort of neurological disorder which makes quite difficult for me to live with her. We have only our father. My mother died 3 years ago. The problem is there is an aunt (from my mother's side) who manipulates my sister in a coveted way. And there is a huge possibilty that this aunt will take a big pie from my sister's share of property and asset. And she has quite a notorious reputation in doing so. So, my father wants to hand me over the whole asset and manage it accordingly and take care of my sister in the long run, which I'll be able to do. So, is there a good way out of this situation and get rid of this aunt of mine? The big problem is my sister listens to everything my aunt has to say and does accordinly. Yes, we are Hindus

Sir First of all you have to make your sister on your side as she does not understand the motive of your aunt. As your father is living and he knows and understand the situation, you may ask him to gift the immovable property in your favour and joint your name in the fixed deposits and saving account as either or survior. Thanks

At first 50% property of your father will be transfer in favour of you by way of Gift Deed. Rest 50% of his Property will be sold to third party. Sold amount will be distributed in two accounts One is your and another is your father's. Sister will maintain either your or your father's account. The problem will be solve in such way. In other way, if the Property is not divided in the 1st procedure. then entire Property can be gifted in favour of you by your father, the you take Mortgage Loan for long term at least 14 to 20 years for construction purpose, or immediate after obtain the property from your father, without any information to anyone, after 7 to 15 days you transfer it to your wife's name by way of gift, but it will be secret. Your wife take Loan for long term but your family member knows it that you take loan. The problem will be solve.
