To obtain a copy of your divorce decree online, the process varies significantly depending on the country and the court system involved. In countries like the United States, you can often visit the official website of the court where the divorce was finalized. If the court offers online record access, you may be able to search for your case using the case number, the names of the parties, or other identifying information. Some courts also allow you to request a certified copy online or by mail for a small fee. However, access to these records may be limited to the parties involved, their attorneys, or require registration and login credentials.

In India, however, the process is not as streamlined. While a few courts are moving toward digitizing their records, in most cases, you cannot obtain a divorce decree online. To get a certified copy, you typically have to physically visit the court where the divorce was granted and submit a formal application?sometimes through a lawyer or by filing a court application yourself. You?ll need to provide case details like the case number, parties' names, and date of judgment. Some courts may allow you to track the status of your case online through the e-Courts portal, but downloading the actual decree document is usually not an option.

In short, online access to divorce decrees is common in some countries, but in India, it's still mostly a manual, in-person process.

Your divorce becomes final when the court issues the decree of divorce. Once the divorce proceedings come to an end, apply for a certified copy of your case file. Then, go to the courtroom or judge's chamber and request a copy of the decree. As per law, you are entitled to receive a copy of the decree free of cost. You will need to sign the entry register. This is the correct procedure.

Hi, since it is a family matter, the orders are not uploaded on the website. You should file an application for a certified copy to the concerned court, and after the same is allowed by the Ld. Judge, the copy will be given.
