How can I change my surname , as my current surname is different from

Help me to change my surname as I really need to change it . My surname is different and I need to change to different surname

As per your issue you can change your surname by creating an affidavit before notary or magistrate and publish it in newspaper for public notice and thereafter you can use your new surname as per your requirement.
