as per the the amendment, if the father of the daughter is alive on the date i.e. 9th september, 2005 then the daughter can enjoy her parents property as on current date equally alongwith the other brothers and the daughters cannot be denied their share in the fathers property.

First of all it is not clear whether you are married daughter or un-married, whatever the case is during the course of aliveness of your parents you have no right to claim any share in the property of your parents. You may claim your right only after death of your parents as during life time they if they wanted to distribute their property amongst the any one and no law can prevent them for doing so which please note. As it is their sole right which can not be challenged in any manner whatsoever.

If u are a Hindu then you are entitled to get 1/3 share of the father's property. But if the mother is alive then the mother will also get equal share i.e. each of you will get 1/4 share in the property. According to the Hindu Succession Act

Upka konsa Parent ke nam pe o Property hai ea up nehi bola hai. Firvi suniea, Agar jiske nam pe Sampotti hai O agar Jinda hai. To upke share ZERO HAi, uske morne tak. Marne se pehele agar Unone kisi ko Gift karke mor gaya to fir Upke Share ZERO. Agar unone Sampotti aise hi chorke mor gaya to upke share hoga Upke Dono Bhai 1 + 1 Share and upki 1 Share = upko milega 1/3 agar or koi nehi hai to.
