How can a Russian woman get married in Delhi to an Indian?

I want to get married to my Russian girlfriend. Russian girl in India for marriage what documents does she need? (Notary, apostle, translation etc)nPlease help with other procedures and rules as well.

The documents needed from her will be the NOC from her government that she is unmarried and is capable of marrying in any country. And the marriage will be governed by the special marriage act in which you will need three witnesses and affidavits along with your ID card and birth certificate. You can married with your Russian girlfriend . You girlfriend can take the permission from the embassy that she is not married in that country then only both of you perform the marriage in front of SDM the marriage is done in the special marriage act
