How 2 prove its nt me who is using my acc,taking salary &filing return

My brother in law has taken all my bank account credentials & is not giving them back..I have no idea what he is doing with it. Have been asking him from so many times but he is not returning them. He has changed the mail id, telephone no, address to his details. Few months back my husband abandoned me & I have filed RCR in court. I have recently requested bank statement from bank & found out that he BIL has been doing too many transactions lacs together. May be he is taking salary in my name

This amounts to cheating. You may file a complaint before the nearest police station mentioning all the details. You may ask police to help you in getting back your bank account e logging details. A proper complaint should be drafted.

First of all, you should not have given Bank Credentials to your Brother in Law, considering, he could misuse it and in fact, from what you have realised now, that, he has been misusing your Bank Credentials without your consent or/and prior informing you to executive and accomplish transactions in your name which is illegally and falls under the fraudulent activity with a malafide intent to cause economic losses to you and to tarnish your image in Society.
